An exceptionally beautiful hotel, very well-kept and clean, very tastefully furnished. Great view over the city. Nice, uncomplicated hosts. There is always quite a lot of activity in the (very, very nice!) bar/restaurant/pool area, so a hustle and bustle should not disturb. We were enthusiastic about the "complete package" and will surely come back again!

The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The rooms were comfortable and had fantastic views over the city. I loved having a kitchenette in my room, it was so convenient. And the breakfast was simply amazing, especially with the breathtaking views over Kigali.
The only thing that could be improved was the organization of the payment process. Other than that, everything was perfect.

This hotel was perfect for a city break! The rooms were spacious and modern, with luxurious amenities like a big bath and a television with streaming services. The breakfast was exceptional, with a surprising variety of options and lovely views. The location was great, with easy access to key attractions.
The hotel was a bit expensive, but it was worth it for the overall experience. However, we did have some trouble finding staff at times, which made it difficult to make requests or check out smoothly.
